We are Valentina Litman, Juan Saravia, and Alan Dino.
Three lives, three paths, and three different experiences that, although born in different places, meet in a common quest. We are united by sensitivity, a passion for creating with honesty, and that touch of ingenuity that keeps our curiosity alive.
We decided to travel from Buenos Aires to Mendoza to make wine from an experimental and purely educational perspective. Along the way, we met Gabriel Dvoskin, our guide in this first step. A meticulous and passionate creator, his sensitivity and attention to detail inspire us. With Gabriel and his small team at Canopus, we accompany the rhythm of nature in every process, committed to the craft and with an ever-present imagination.
Primero Horizonte is a project born from encounter, work, and constant research. We believe that making wine is a process as alive as the stories that are created around it.
A great wine isn't just produced, it's built as a story: with character, with identity, and with the ability to live in the now and endure.
The horizon isn't just a point in the distance; it's a direction, a purpose. It's what guides our work, without absolute certainties, but with the conviction that moving forward is what matters. Small things have soul, grow, and leave a mark.
