RECAREDO is a winery and vineyard in Sant Sadurní D'anoia. I was able to learn the art of winemaking, farming, and eno-tourism with a fully ecological and biodynamic approach. Specialized in Sparkling wines from Corpinnat with:

Long angeing process, vintage wines, only Brut Nature, use of natural cork with manual disgorging, and natural grape juice to do the second fermentation process.
